I’m retired now but, I could come out and cut a “full fledged fire place” in you house with an insert and a blower. It would look very nice and, look like a real fireplace if you’d want it to.
It would cost you I don’t reckon you’d recoup the price on the resale. That’s the hard part. Some people reckon there “cool’ when I remodel I tell them they won’t get their money back, I try to be honest. I don’t know what they are today, someone else can answer that.
