I’m looking to build a cabin that can be classified as a “movable structure”, with no permanent foundation, just set on cinderblocks. But I want to place in a fieldstone fireplace to heat it on cold autumn/winter nights. Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it?

First you have to find out what the county or city building code are and if you complete the job that the building will be up to code, In the city that i live in any time you add on or build on to the existing building the entire stucture has to be place up to current code,if you don’t mind my i question what state and county your cabin is at i can do the digging for you and come up with a soution for you
place in a woodstove, fireplace will be to heavy, floor will not support the weight
